Beginner adults ballet is a program developed by the kwdf academy for adults aged 50 and over, though all ages are welcome. The classes are designed to improve mobility, posture, and coordination, and are taught by specially trained dancer myself kimberley wright. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers, the classes are taken in-person and offer a social and low-impact way to enjoy ballet.End of the class we finish with a nice slow pilates stretch. Kimberley has trained with royal academy of dance, elmhurst balley school
and the royal ballet school over the years of her dance career.
