Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness workshops are starting in the back room of the hall from this month (30th September). Future dates to be advised.

£10,00 per session

This will be fun yet informative hour long sessions in a weekday evening and will be a seated atmosphere. The basic concepts of mindfulness will be covered….and you will experience a mindfulness meditation too. Nothing will be expected of you…it promises to be the most blissful hour.
